Use of the System: The system is intended solely for use by students, faculty, and staff of ValMaSci for scheduling purposes related to academic activities and research conducted within the institution.
Account Registration: Users must use an assigned account to access the system. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your login credentials secure.
Booking Guidelines: Users may schedule facilities, equipment, or resources through the system subject to availability and any specific guidelines outlined by ValMaSci. Letters for submission should be marked and submitted only with the wet signatures of liable individuals. Users are responsible for adhering to booking restrictions and ensuring the appropriate use of reserved resources.
Reservation Modifications: Users may modify through the system limited to three changes only. Beyond the designated time frame, users should provide another reservation to be considered. For canceling reservations, admins must be notified at least three (3) days before the intended date of event and facility use. Late cancellations or modifications may be subject to declination or disqualification of request.
System Availability: While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the system, ValMaSci does not guarantee continuous availability. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate access to the system for maintenance or other operational purposes.
User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized use of the system should be reported immediately to ValMaSci.
Data Privacy: ValMaSci respects the privacy of user data collected through the system. Information provided during registration or booking will be handled in accordance with Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).
Limitation of Liability: ValMaSci shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the system, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Amendments: ValMaSci reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the system after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
